Description

Mental health problems affect around one in four people in any given year. They range from common problems, such as depression and anxiety, to rarer problems such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Jamaicans often don't value their mental health and as a result don't get to have the help they need. The Ministry of Health and Wellness, UNICEF and Teen Hub are organizations committed to increasing the awareness on mental health in Jamaica and hopefully in time we will see a more mentally stable Jamaica.
